I’m not really much of a “food blogger” since I’m not a pretentious snot, but I figured I should post these images of the delicious dishes we had at El Camello today. I’ve written about El Camello previously, but didn’t include food pics…so here they are!

We’ll start with an appetizer of pita and hummus:

This is the El Camello truck. It can drive straight up a mountain on those wheels. When it pulled up it had a single bag of onions on the back. Who knows how many mountains they had to drive up to buy them?!

I lived in Granada, Nicaragua for a while with my wife and kid. Now I don't. But we like to get back there whenever we can, unless we go somewhere else.
